Laughing will do you only good
So laugh! (please). I remember my art teacher having a sort-of-a-preach for the class about number of muscles that need to work when you look serious and a totally different number of muscles (quite smaller, of course) when you smile. Back then, I found it boring and dull, but as time passes I come to think of it more and more. I have a "smiling wrinkles" on the sides of my eyes and I love them. I hope I'll give some of that medicine to you, too.
